All fifth grade students that participated in Mr. Fox’s Let’s Go Bike safety course last October have received a brand new mountain bike. The bikes include a one-year warranty from Giant, and a free adjustment within six months from Arlberg Sports in Wenatchee.

This “Earn-a-Bike” grant is a one-time opportunity that Manson Elementary was able to receive due to their partnership with NCESD and Ian Woodford, Project Manager for Statewide Bicycle Education Program.

While the Let’s Go program will be available annually, this particular distribution is not expected to repeat.

As an added bonus, all Manson fifth graders will be invited to ride their new bikes in the 2024 Apple Blossom Parade!
