For Read Across America Week, Mrs. Williams announced the Brave Readers Bookmark Award Winners! There were 121 entries and 2 winners were chosen. From K-2nd grade, the winner was Katelyn Pittman and from 3rd-5th grade, the winner was Brielle Farrar! Winners received a goody bag and their bookmarks were laminated and handed out to students. They will also be displayed at school with past winners. Congratulations! Students also enjoyed a special visit from high school students today as they read a story to them about bravery.
