Deputies Moody, Hunter, and Bowthorpe of the Chelan County Sheriff's Office along with Target Zero manager Eveline Roy stopped by Manson High School to hand out congratulations infractions to students arriving at school who were practicing safe driving behaviors- including wearing their seatbelts and not using cellphones. Students then signed the citations and were entered into a drawing. Four winners received an Amazon gift card. An auto safety grant provided by State Farm made it possible to provide a small reward for being a good example of driving safely.
