Manson Elementary 5th grade students spent weeks researching a hero or heroine from the American Revolution.
This project was culminated by presenting a “Wax Museum Event” for the school, parents and community members. During this event, 5th graders got into character by dressing up as their hero or heroine and memorizing a few lines to share with the museum guests. They had a lot of fun in bringing these famous heroes to life, and can’t wait to continue this new and exciting tradition.
Thank you Manson school teacher Ms. Pilkinton for this experiential learning opportunity!
