                Matt Charlton, Superintendent will administer the "Oath of Office" to returning board member, Wayne Machus.

           A.  Purpose for this discussion and desired outcomes?
                a.  Possible long-term outcomes:
                     i.   Increased individual understanding of leadership skills to lead on topic of equity
                     ii.  Increased collective ability to lead our district on topics of equity
                     iii. Development of policy statement that clearly defines board expectations on topics of equity
                     iv. Develop accountability measures to insure board expectation is achieved
                     v.  Ultimate goals
                         1.  increased student achievement for all students
                         2.  decrease disparities in achievement (close opportunity gap)
