Three Fine Arts Students Place in Regional Art Show

Hundreds of works by students from NCW schools will be on display in the annual regional competition. “Best of Show” Winners advance to state contest sponsored by Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, in Olympia.
The Art show runs March 12th - April 3rd from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center in the Art Gallery located at 127 South Mission Street, Wenatchee. The Cost: $5 adults, $4 seniors/students, $2 kids; members free.
The Manson winners were:
1st Place in Graphic Arts/Design - Katie McDaniel
3rd Place in Mixed Media - Amanda Buck
3rd Place in Painting - Jessica Gallaher
Other Manson students who entered art in the show were: Devin Allen, Casey Sorenson, Idalia Guillen, and Bronte Toolson.
