Manson FFA Members Attend Leadership Camp

Manson FFA students Jesse Russell, Isaac Ewing, John Jones, Bailey Stevens, Taylor Quigley and Abby Bridgewater traveled to Lost Lake on June 16th and 17th with advisor, Kevin Amsden for the FFA Leadership Camp along with over 49 FFA members from Omak, Okanagan, Pateros, Bridgeport, Chelan, Wenatchee and Eastmont High Schools. At the camp members learned how to be part of a team and what their role will be in the Manson Chapter of District Seven.
All FFA members in attendance voted on the new District Seven Officers. The Manson students had a lot of fun and made a lot of new friends. The students shared, “It was a great learning experience and they can't wait for next year's trip.” They are also in hopes to have more students from Manson attend the camp in the years to come.
The students would like to thank Mr. Amsden for taking them and putting up with them for the five hours of travel time.
